In this role, you will:

  • Identify and acquire new partners

    • Seek and secure new partnerships by developing strategies and actions to bring effective partners into the portfolio.

  • Define partners' onboarding process

    • Establish and manage the onboarding process to ensure smooth and successful cooperation with new partners.

  • Activate, support, and develop partnerships

    • Engage with partners actively, providing ongoing support and fostering long-term development.

  • Collaborate with other marketing teams

    • Work closely with marketing teams to deliver and distribute content effectively for partner use.

  • Drive partner segmentation

    • Segment partners and create strategies to maximize company objectives through all partnerships.

  • Maintain and develop existing partners

    • Build and expand the relationships with current partners in the portfolio.

  • Monitor and manage partners' performance

    • Track and manage partner performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.

  • Regularly review partnerships KPIs

    • Continuously assess key performance indicators and challenge the status quo for improvement.

  • Monitor and manage partner satisfaction

    • Ensure partners remain satisfied by addressing their needs and concerns regularly.

  • Own process automation and efficiency

    • Lead the efforts to automate partnership processes and improve operational efficiency.

  • Monitor competition activities

    • Stay informed about competitors’ partnership activities to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Be a single point of contact for top partners

    • Serve as the main contact for key partners, quickly responding to their needs.

  • Monitor partnership channel spending

    • Track spending in the partnership channel and implement effective remuneration models for partners. Suggest budget and performance optimization.

  • Partner satisfaction and GTO Wizard reputation
    Assess the satisfaction of partners and the credibility of the brand in the market.

  • Revenue growth driven by partnerships
    Measure how much revenue is generated through partnership-driven activities.

  • Brand awareness growth via partnerships
    Evaluate the increase in brand visibility and awareness through partners.

Job requirements

We are seeking candidates who:

  • Have experience in a similar role

  • This role requires a solid understanding of poker. You don’t need to be a pro, but you should understand the environment

  • Are excellent collaborators, open to feedback and motivated to constantly iterate and improve. 

  • Are fluent in English with flawless grammar, tone control and audience adaptation.
