About the Role

We’re expanding our elite roster of poker coaches to deliver insightful, solver-based training sessions to our premium members. No Limit Hold’em coaches from all poker formats are encouraged to apply, though cash-game specialists are particularly valued at this time.

You’ll host engaging, 60-minute live Zoom coaching seminars on clearly defined technical topics, running a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 sessions per year. Coaches with strong on-camera presence may also have opportunities to create additional content for our YouTube channel.

In This Role You Will

  • Host live coaching seminars: Deliver engaging, solver-backed poker lessons with interactive Q&A sessions.

  • Develop clear, focused lesson plans: Outline each seminar’s content using Google Slides (our designers handle visuals—you focus on strategy).

  • Demonstrate solver expertise: Clearly illustrate concepts using GTO Wizard, showing participants how to effectively leverage the software to improve.

  • Optional content creation: Expand your visibility and personal brand by creating poker strategy videos for our YouTube channel.

  • Collaborate closely with our team: Coordinate session topics, scheduling, and promotional efforts alongside coaching and marketing teams.

We’re Looking for Someone Who

  • Has a proven track record as a poker coach, either through group seminars, videos, or private instruction.

  • Is proficient and comfortable using GTO Wizard, translating solver output into clear, actionable strategies.

  • Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.

  • Enjoys presenting via live webinars and effectively engaging with audiences.

  • Can reliably commit to a scheduled time at least one month in advance.

What You Bring to GTO Wizard

  • A verified track record of success in your poker specialty (cash games, MTTs, or other formats).

  • At least 2 years of professional poker coaching experience.

  • Deep understanding of poker theory (this will be tested).

  • Fluent English proficiency.

  • High-quality audio/video setup and stable internet for live streaming.

  • Ability to invoice as an independent contractor.
