Job description

About Us

GTO Wizard is the worldwide leader in training and education for serious poker players. We use AI to provide GTO solutions in seconds with comprehensive coverage of poker situations. Our team of under 100 people works fully remotely on a Central European Timezone schedule.

About the Role

The Product Manager will collaborate with product designers and software developers to deliver new features and other product improvements. They will earn influence over high level roadmap by proving out understanding of the customer and business over time. A high degree of agency over details of what to build and how to execute, in collaboration with development and design teams, is expected from day one.

We have product opportunities across much of the business, including B2C, B2B, and internal tools for marketing, payments, and support. We will match type of scope with skillset, but our PMs embrace the opportunities we encounter.

The role may involve limited coordination with our AI/ML team on certain projects, but no AI/ML competence is required beyond embracing standard AI tools for productivity.

This role reports to the Chief Product Officer. It is an individual contributor role without direct reports.

In this role you will:

  • Facilitate rapid delivery and iteration of new product features and improvements.

  • Use AI tooling as a daily part of your work.

  • Talk with customer(s) directly every week.

  • Achieve success through delivery rather than policy.

  • ‘Make the call’, expressing our company preference for agency and action over excessive discussion, escalation, and delay.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is reliably authentic.

  • Embraces ownership.

  • Is excited by a remote-first culture that values written communication over excessive meetings.

  • Sees AI tools as an opportunity to scale impact rather than a threat to be managed.

  • Takes initiative to improve quality and efficiency team-wide.

  • Focuses on delivery over process.

What you bring to GTO Wizard:

  • At least 4 years experience shipping new software products and features, not necessarily in a product management role.

  • Expert level knowledge of design systems and principles.

  • An understanding of poker at least to the level of a non-professional enthusiast

  • Clear, professional English language communication skills (written and spoken).

  • A proven history of delivery at pace.

  • Experience with AI assistance.

Why you’ll love being part of the GTO Wizard Team:

  • Real impact: Your work will shape how hundreds of thousands of players learn and improve at poker.

  • Strong product culture: We care about user value, not vanity metrics.

  • Autonomy & ownership: You’ll have the freedom to do your best work and take responsibility for it.

  • Supportive Environment: Join a sharp, passionate team that values excellence without ego.

  • Fully Remote: Work from anywhere all year long, just join our team in person for a two-week annual bootcamp.
